Meet Callie.

I am a twenty-something lawyer living and working in Washington, D.C. I am an honorary Gilmore Girl, oat milk latte drinker, and self-proclaimed brunch connoisseur. I’ve always been an avid reader, and I majored in English Literature in college, focusing on twentieth-century American literature.

I started the Read It Like Rory community as a creative outlet while awaiting bar exam results and before beginning my job. In this community, you will find a deep analysis of all things Gilmore Girls, book reviews focusing on contemporary and literary fiction, romance, historical fiction, and memoir, and my occasional musings on life as a young professional.
